”Staff was very accommodating when we asked to check in late and have a late evening drink at the bar. ”

”Paikka hyvä liikkumisen kannalta, julkinen liikenne lähellä. Hotelli uudistettu vanhaa tyyliä mukaillen, kunto hyvä. Parisängyt aika kapeita kahdelle, liian pehmeitä meidän makuun. Espanjan kielitaito olisi eduksi siivoojien kanssa kommunikointiin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.”

”I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.”

”I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin.”

”Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?”

”The property is an old bank which I love history and anything antique. The staff was friendly and made suggestions for local outings. There is an old money vault downstairs. Breakfast was good and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. However I did not like the view of the 11th floor. It gave me jailhouse vibes as the windows are small and the outside is not viewable. Overall the stay was great.”

”Everything was perfect, but if the management will put microwave in the room that would also be helpful for customers as well as their refrigerator was looks ild”

”First off, some rooms aren't as good as others...Hot water pressure fades every now and then not a real big problem. They do, and I repeat, they do need to put some fabric softener into their towels...they can scrape the skin off your back...lol...😟🙏😀👌🙃”

”This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.”

”The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!”
