Huonoa: Henkilökunta ja palvelu
La stanza aveva un bagno per disabili non richiesto. Il sapone in bagno per le mani era finito. Ambiente pulito ma con un odore sgradevole. La camera era comunicante con una porta con un'altra camera. La mattina ho avvertito dei rumori provenienti dalla stanza adiacente. All'arrivo la temperatura della stanza era fredda (18gradi), e ho dovuto telefonare alla reception per essere abilitata a regolare la temperatura da termostato. La struttura è vicino al centro che può essere raggiunto a piedi. Il parcheggio all'esterno è gratuito ma bisogna essere fortunati a trovare posto.

We were very impressed with this new hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet with a very comfortable king bed. We booked a superior room which included complimentary drinks in the mini-bar ( beer, soda, water and juice), parking in an underground secure lot and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had (cooked to order eggs, fresh fruit, lots of sausages, bacon). A great roof top pool and bar with loungers and umbrellas. This Hilton Garden Inn was definitely a step above ones in Canada. The location was excellent with a 5 min walk into the walled town. Don’t hesitate to book!

Very nice newer Hilton property. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was very nice, and the bar was also very enjoyable. The hotel is on the outskirts and was located well for easy in and out of town in our car. We walked into town for dinner without issue. The only downside was that the pool was closed and the signage on this wasn’t clear - it does look like a great area in the summer.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, well updated. Easy to walk to attractions. Pool was still closed which was disappointing but the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t miss much.

The area around the property is under construction / renovation and therefore was not visually attractive. That was the only downside to this stay. The location is easily accessible to the walled city by foot - only a short distance. We were guided by the front desk workers to some of the best food of our trip. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Excellent hotel!

Very convenient to the main cultural sites of Evora and area. Breakfast at the hotel was very expensive , so we didn’t . Perhaps some different options at a lower cost could be offered. Pool was not open due to maintenance ( unfortunate as we would have used it). Room was lovely and very comfortable.

Convenient for exploring historic area. Could not keep window open at night due to dairy or cattle farm right across street with cows mooing. However with window shut it was soundproof.

We paid and booked one of the best rooms if not the best category that was offered. the hotel was under renovation and we were put on a room that was much less than our expectation. Hotel staffs were ok but the hotel itself was a disappointment.

The welcoming is sonimportant. I felt welcomed. The rooms are superb spaciois clean and i love that they make it personal and welcome you on the tv.you can even use your own youtube. Unlike neya making you pay between 6l9 11 euros to wstch a movie. This hotel goes all the way out to make your stay perfect.i wish i did not have to leave. I would recommend anyone to stay here.plese do not change

Our first assigned room was too close to the elevator so you could hear constant (!) dinging whenever the elevator stops on a floor. There are 2 elevators and you could hear dings from other floors (4 in total) too! We got assigned to another, yet much smaller room.
