”Room was OK ,,,,Staff also was OK . Was at hotel 7 nights ,, .Breakfast first day was good,,, The rest of the time we ate out .. No fruit and very little to choose from ,,,,Parking was excellent,,,,,”

”Kept ringing the front desk they didn’t come till my girlfriend basically yelled then we got service, guy dealing with food seemed angry and the food itself wasn’t great, they had three heat thing for food only two where in use. Hot tub was down 5/1/26-5/3/26”

”Staff was great, breakfast not so much. 2 of the 3 mornings I was there there was little to no hot food in the warmers, including 1 morning with 3 of the 4 offerings completely gone and there were only 3 people in the dining room so it wasn’t that they had a big rush. A bit disappointing…I’ll look for other accommodations next time I’m in the area for business. ”

” Should update the pictures. The reason we booked is it showed a hot tub. No longer have one. Pool was super cold. Water out from the tub / shower was orange and brown. For quite some time. Water pressure real low at times so the shower wouldn't work to route the water to. No TV service at all. But the bed was really comfy! I understand things are in progress and being updated. Just really wish there was a hot tub in the pool area like the pics show. ”

”We had a great two day stay at your lodge”

”All we expected was a clean room and a decent continental breakfast. We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. After three days, we did ask at the front desk if we could get clean towels. This was at 10:00 am. When we arrived back in our room at 11:30 pm, there were no clean towels. Our trash was also never emptied throughout...

”Was conveniently located but clock, phone, microwave didn’t work, no instructions for dual remote tv and very minimal continental breakfast. Beds adequate and quiet facility …reasonably priced for short stay”

”Stew met us outside and welcomed us to Northwoods Motel. He checked us in and told us about the features of the motel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and comfortable and close to town. We had a couple non-motel related issues and Stew gave good advice and offered to help in any way he could. I would easily stay here again when in Hayward!”
