”The front desk was kind and helpful accommodating for my husband's allergies. The beds and room were clean. The breakfast was yummy. We loved it with our kids and would stay again.”

”If they could keep the eggs and tater tots hotter otherwise good. Staff are helpful but have to look for them a lot to get help as they don’t always stay at their desk. It’s happens numerous occasions. Th blanket quilt was ripped on our bed but the room was clean over all. Thee was a lot of fixing things like debris wheel we were there. I wild recommend over all stay was good”

What I didn't like—and I recognize it was my mistake for not paying closer attention when booking the room—was that I accidentally reserved a smoking room. The smell was terrible, and they were not willing to change my room at the time. Other than that, everything was fine with my stay.”

”I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was bad enough that we left shortly after checking in and booked another hotel. After a 9-hour drive, my pregnant wife and I arrived expecting a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we found hair on the bed, visible urine rings in the toilet, and overall cleanliness issues that made us uncomfortable staying there. We took photos to document the condition of the room. To make matters worse, the room was extremely hot upon arrival. It was over 102...

”The pool àrea needs better outdoor furniture as the current furniture are wornout. The pool area absolutely requires some sort shading as without it is a sunburn and uncomfortable swimming experience. Not great for families especially children.”

I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds for four people, but when we arrived, they gave us one queen bed and a small rollaway bed that was dirty, extremely uncomfortable, and had springs sticking through the mattress.
