Check us out on IG @shoalcreek! The Shoal Creek farmhouse boasts a large living room open to the dining area and a fully remodeled kitchen. The living room has a beautiful fireplace as the centerpiece. Furnished with couches and comfy chairs, this will be the perfect place year-round to read, birdwatch, play board games, listen to music, and relax! The whole group can eat together in the open kitchen and dining area. There is more than enough room for ten at the large dining table and three at the beautiful kitchen island! You can also enjoy outdoor dining on the covered deck, which overlooks the valley and horses. The farmhouse has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all fully remodeled and upgraded for a luxury experience. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and an attached full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower and jetted tub. The upper-level bedrooms have a combination of king, twin, and full beds with a bathtub and shower right outside their door.

Outside the Farmhouse, you can enjoy: stargazing, catching fireflies, deer and bird watching, horses, or sitting around a campfire. Enjoy playing games in the large, secluded yard with a tree swing.

We are a short drive to Branson, Table Rock, and Beaver Lake. Enjoy the private farm feel while being close enough to enjoy the luxuries of fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, and much more. Whether you are spending time inside or out, there is something for the whole group to enjoy!

I will come to the property to take care of the farm animals. You will not even know I’m there!

Additional House Rule:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:

1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:
-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation.
-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.

2. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules. These guidelines are in place to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests.
For the safety of all guests and the property, the fireplace and grill may not be used during your stay.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
•No pets allowed.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, VRBO-compliant software “Enso Connect”
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.
No fireworks or firearms. No ATVs. No hunting. Leave no trace. We ask that guests please remove their soiled shoes when entering the house. Do not use our white towels or spa towels to wipe off the mud from outside- we will charge for heavily soiled or ruined towels. We understand you’re surrounded by nature and will be spending time outdoors but please be respectful of the space! TIP: bring hiking shoes/rain boots for the trails and old towels if you plan on wanting towels for outside use!

Only one toilet paper roll per bathroom per day will be provided. If you feel you will need more than that, then you will need to bring some.
One paper towel roll per stay will be provided.
Please pick up waste from any animal you bring
no smoking in the house and no parties.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OPTIONAL WAIVER
A US$500 refundable card hold is collected separately through Enso Connect, outside the booking platform. You may instead choose a US$53.50 nonrefundable damage waiver. The waiver is optional; the deposit remains available, and you do not pay both. The hold is scheduled for release two days after your scheduled checkout, subject to any permitted damage claim. Your bank may take additional time to show the release.

A rental agreement is required before check-in where its terms were disclosed before booking. For Airbnb reservations, the full agreement is included under Other things to note, and Airbnb policies and applicable law prevail over conflicting terms. Contact us through your reservation messages if you need help with the deposit, agreement or access.

No pets, except service animals and other assistance animals as required by applicable law or Airbnb policy for Airbnb reservations. No additional fee or deposit is charged because a guest brings a service animal.
