”Clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was a bit dodgy, but easy walk to Yankee Stadium (like a mile). If you are comfortable in the city, you’ll be fine, but definitely heavy drug users on the street. No one bothered us at all.”

”Our overall stay at this hotel was amazing. Beyond impressed. This hotel is a gem! It exceeded my expectations. The front desk team, especially Stephanie, was truly wonderful. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast to start the day every morning during our 4-night stay. The staff in the breakfast area always made sure items were stocked & plentiful. The hotel was quiet & room decor was pleasant. Rooms were tastefully appointed. The housekeeping staff did a great job. I can't say enough.”

”The hotel was decent, balcony is nice. Breakfast is free however they’re usually over crowded. Beware of the housekeepers!! I left my Samsung tablet, called the next day and it was gone. Asked to speak to manager and lady who answered said she’s not here she can help. I explained about leaving my tablet, then she mentioned she was the manager, Shanti, left me on hold for several minutes then a man got on the phone saying she will call me back. That was on Friday, it’s now Tuesday. I...

”Overnight stay for the Yankees. Which was a very short walk. Parking for this hotel is around the corner. Its paid parking very close to this hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Awesome shower. We did not go to the breakfast we had to leave early. The elevator is a bit slow so give yourself 10-15 min extra when going out. Next time I go to yankees I will stay here again. No problems .”

”We had big family room for 10 nights which was great. Very comfy bed, lots of channels in tv, kitchen (with microwave, sink, fridge, coffeemaker and toaster). Quier hotel, only 3-4 rooma per floor and bathroom and shower were always free to use. Short walk to two subways and 10 minutes from Times Square. Very nice people working here. Weekends there came noices from the street but I slept with ear plugs good. Our child didnt wake up ever during the nights to noices. In our room during nights...

”So many different issues during our one night stay for the Jay-Z Blueprint concert... First room had dirty walls with blood splatter, cigarette burns on the comforter, bad smell, slippery floor, etc. We immediately requested a new room. Other nearby hotels were sold out for the weekend. Second room was only slightly less worse. The bed sheet was too small, spring popping out the side of the mattress, more cigarette burns on the comforter, etc. The house keeper came in, but could only do so...
