Im giving this property 2 stars. House location and cleanliness at the time of our arrival 5 outta 5 Thats about where it stops. Communication a very generous 1/5 very poor from beginning to end (have tried to contact via email and text multiple times only got one reply months after initial contact)House needs looking after this is clearly just a cash grab! They need to put some cash into maintaining the property. Master bed was broken - should have been obvious as there was a large V dip in the bed upon arrival. We had to go to mitre 10 to buy supplies to fix it so we were able to sleep. On the last night one of the single beds broke also. I also advised politely of a issue with a consistently leaking tap but maybe their water bill payments are high which is why the beds are all broken! No gas available for the BBQ so we filled up a bottle and send the receipt for the gas to the owner as noted in the property handbook along with mitre 10 receipts and bank details for reimbursement. This was 6 weeks ago guess its too early in my enquiry to expect a response
