”Need to supply decent amount of cutlery. We were upgraded to a King room which had a soa bath but the shower is over the bath and i am disabled and could not use it. Need new tv remote too. ”

”Bathroom was clean and new but mould everywhere -
No ceiling fan.
Room was clean-ish but needing extra attention to dusting surfaces that are higher than waist high.
Carpet needing a good clean and bed cover need washing.
The pool was green and awful - very disappointing considering we were there on a 46 degree day. ”
