”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...
