”Very comfortable room & bed. Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight.”

”The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9...
