”the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

”If you want solitude this is your place to escape all the machinations of our world. Property owner provides a plethora of things for you to do. You can grill outside on the deck, watch the stars or aurora, read a book inside the cozy cabin, play a deck of cards, cook almost anything in the fully stocked kitchen or just cozy up on the sofa or loft. Our only concern is the long 7km drive on the gravel road to reach the property. Can be a bit bumpy if you’re only used to smooth tarmacs. ...

”We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here”

”Life on a horse farm, with beautiful Icelandic show horses, was terrific. Fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grill meant we could cook up a storm and grill some tender lamb for dinner. The owners were welcoming and the horses were gentle and beautiful. Location was perfect for the Gerduberg basalt cliffs and the gorgeous coastal hike from Arnastapi to Hellnar on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Four adults were comfortable sharing the cottage.”

”Designer-Apartment in guter Lage. Sehr geräumig, hochwertig gebaut und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Self-Check-In über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich das Badezimmer roch etwas streng, die Heizung war viel zu warm eingestellt und man hört den Nachbarn ein wenig. ”
