”We stayed here for one night, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis while sleeping under the open sky. It got cloudy, so we didn’t get the spectacle we were hoping for. It was –2°C and it even snowed during the night, but the warm air blown into the tent, two blankets and an electric blanket made sure we stayed perfectly comfortable. ”We loved our trip to Iceland, the stay at Kerbyggd really was the icing on the cake. Exceptionally clean, modern houses with everything you need for a self catering stay. Jumping in the hot tub whilst surrounded by snow was a big highlight, we even saw the northen lights out front too. And whilst we were there at the end of October and had a fair amount of snowfall the houses were super warm and well insulated. The house is in a great spot for exploring the golden circle, really quite central...

Only thing I’d change, there was a bright florescent light right outside our window, was like sleeping on the sun (in November), even with the blinds closed. Also it was SUPER hot. Had to open the window to make it sleepable. ”

”Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar – es sind keinerlei Wünsche offengeblieben. (es war schon der zweite). Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Umgebung und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war für uns besonders praktisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet – stets freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Besonders begeistert waren wir außerdem von der Sauna, dem Dampfbad und dem Hot-Tub, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannender...
