”Great staff and beautiful scenery in the area”

”I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

”Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie ist zentral gelegen, nur 300 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens.”

”He stayed at this hotel for the Arocha grand Sassa 2025. It was an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and made it very fun. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us. ”For English speaking traveler, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very nice and close to Fontana Novantanove Cannelle. Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. Well priced, good breakfast, incredible staff, and nice accomations.”

”First and last time at this hotel. If you travel with your bike, you most likely do not want to book a room at this hotel. I would have chosen another hotel if they had publicly announced more detailed information about the hotel's rules. I was locked out of my hotel room after returning from a bike ride. My key card did not work and I had to walk to the reception in my socks because this hotel does not tolerate cycling shoes. At the reception it turned out that I had committed an original sin...

”A very nice hotel in the centre of L'Aquila. Beautiful smallish room with everything you need for a short stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Wifi works well. Good breakfast, for Italian standards a very nice assortment. Recommend, would surely come again.”

”The breakfast buffet was varied and beyond the usual 4 item continental type. Eggs and bacon in a warming dish, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. There were toastable ham and cheese sandwiches and hot and room temperature pastries and cakes. And of course a coffee bar with a gifted barista. ”
