”I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!”

”My flight was delayed late at night and this hotel was near by with shuttle service. I called to inquire about how to use the shuttle service and the front desk promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up. Being so late I didn’t get to use all the services they had available but it was a comfortable place to sleep for the night.”

”This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here.”
