”My friends and I had a reunion to attend. We needed to prepare food for an event. The kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances. The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. ”

”I went for a short work and leisure trip. It was perfect for me in terms of price and location. It was clean and cute, nothing luxurious but had everything I needed. Supermarkets and a variety of top restaurants are close by. Host answered my questions and kept in touch in case I needed anything. I would recommend it if you're traveling solo or with a partner. I would also stay again. Many thanks to the host!”

”Host thought of EVERYTHING. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, bandaids, ear plugs, books, board games, etcetera!!! She left us metro cards, recommendations of all sorts if things. We were well taken care of. 10/10”

”The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it...

”We had a great time. The property was clean and peaceful. It was far enough away from things to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to get to everything we needed to in a good amount of time”

”House has a nice layout, and cool temp despite very hot days. Parked 2 cars in back & walked everywhere. Stocked with coffee and cream, but also a nice coffee/breakfast shop right down the street. Great value & very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.”

”Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery).
