”This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”

”There were numerous communication issues between me and the staff and managers at one point our room got up to 77° and stayed like that for hours because there was no one on staffed correct the issue although we got the historic room fee waved. I don’t believe that the staff truly cared about our experience in the hotel as a whole considering that it was where we were staying to get married. I wrote an email to management at 8:30 AM and it has now been 12 hours and I have yet to get a phone call...

”I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”
