”This was the most disgusting, unkept, broke down hotel I have ever stayed at. It was so gross. Many things broke in room, hallway smelled, elevator broke down, terrible bathroom amenities water pressure. Did not want to even take advantage of free breakfast, scared of eating due to the unkept bldg Brought my family and we could not get out of there fast enough. Not exaggerating.”

”Easy to locate, had left Theodore Roosevelt nps and headed towards Pierre so a good part way spot. Wasn't there long, checked in around 9pm, left by 10 am. Room was comfortable, adequate for my needs. Check in went smoothly. Check out easy.”

”This location is great for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is clean and has all the new items. It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star.”

”Check-in was horrible. No one at the desk area ever. Always had to call out to get help. Room was not clean. Cob webs in bathroom and flimsy small towels. Sheets were threadbare and actually shredding. My feet got caught up in them. Food was awful in the restaurant. One bartender for all the tables and bar. Would never stay there again. We were with another couple on the same booking and they put us on different floors! Awful experience.”

”Our floor was under renovation. The room was very nice but the hallway smelled awful and was a construction zone. Made it difficult to get to and from the room. Could not roll luggage on the floor as it was being removed for new flooring. The noise from the remodel was also very loud early in the morning. Nice hotel otherwise.”

”Breakfast was better than usual for a hotel, but the variety was underwhelming. The staff was friendly enough and helpful. Our bed was a tad on the soft side but we slept very well all three nights. There is a kitchen area that includes a full-sized refrigerator, and an indoor pool that we did not use during our stay. The room was, overall, roomy and the hot water was always hot. The only negative was our experience with the internet. For us, it was awful, which was not a problem since our...
