The space
Modern beach house in natural bush setting has breathtaking ocean views from every room. 3 double bedrooms light and airy (two ensuites), over two levels. Loungeroom and dining area on each level.
Upstairs has an open plan layout of large kitchen, dining area and lounge. The master suite has a fully tiled ensuite with double shower. Wood burning stove positioned in front of panoramic windows turns winter weather into cosy and romantic accommodation. Watch the storms blow in with a glass of wine in front of the crackling fireplace. Wood provided.
Downstairs there are two more double bedrooms both with ocean views, one with ensuite,a separate toilet and washbasin, loungeroom and dining table. Each room is tastefully furnished with comfortable queen beds and quality linen. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware.
There are decks front and back with extensive out door settings and BBQ in landscaped gardens. abundant wildlife.
The house is set in a tranquil bush setting with a short walk to possibly the BEST beach on the surf coast, the magnificent sandy Fairhaven beach on the famous Great Ocean Road, Victoria. Full laundry facilities. Very private location and convenient parking. Close to shops and restaurants, beautiful coast walks all within easy reach. ...all you can hear is the crashing surf! A hot outdoor shower allows a refreshing warmup or clean off after a beach visit.
