Entering into The Canopy House, you first walk into the spacious screened porch with ceiling fans, plenty of seating for family and a swing bed perfect for napping or catching the sunset.

As you walk into the cottage, you're surrounded by relaxing accommodations with a soothing color palette and designer touches throughout the home. There is an open living room and kitchen area where family can stay connected while visiting and sharing family meals. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large refrigerator, ice maker, wine cooler, electric stove, oven, and microwave. We include a Keurig Combo coffee station with Kcups, coffee grounds, creamers, sugars and teas. The kitchen also has chefs knives, blender, toaster, microwave and air fryer and plenty of baking and cooking supplies for the families that enjoy cooking together.

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring a dining table, designer touches, and a large flat screen mounted smart TV. Adjacent to the living and kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats six. Enclosed in a closet in the living area, you'll find a full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron

All bedrooms include hotel quality beds, mattresses and luxury linens. The Primary bedroom with a Queen size adjustable bed, luxury linens and private bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a Queen size adustable bed, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds, and shared full bath with shower. All bathrooms have luxury towels, body wash/shampoo/conditioner.

As you walk down the steps of the cottage, you will find a fully equipped gas grill to enjoy outdoor dining, outdoor seating and outdoor enclosed shower.

If you would like to bring a small boat or jet ski to tie up to the fishing platform, there is a public launch about 2 miles north of the cottage at Mullet Point or south of the cottage at Pelican Point.
50 ft fishing pier and platform right outside of the cottage. Crab traps and fishing rods available at the cottage. Swimming, Fishing and crabbing is permitted and encouraged!
