The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway, this property is located between downtown Fairhope and the beautiful sights of Mobile Bay! Every inch of this charming coastal studio apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this space with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchenet, you'll find a 2 burner stovetop, granite non-stick cookware, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, even in smaller spaces, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes! Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Vizio 4K smart TV. In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality Queen bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a fold out Twin sleeper sofa with a full set of extra linens and pillows in the closet. In the bathroom there are spa-quality toiletries. Sleeping arrangements (3 people total): 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin size sleeper sofa. This unit is perfect for a couples get away!



Please note: You will have the entire 1st floor of the carriage house. There is a separate unit above the studio with its own private entrance. Please respect them as they should you!

Located on Fairhope Avenue, this studio apartment is central to all the shops and eateries in Downtown Fairhope, or bike rides and strolls down by the bay!



Other Things to Note:

Parking is free - streetside on Fairhope Ave, directly in front of the unit. Parking is first come first serve. There is also a space available in the carport directly outside of the studios front door.
