”Clean, enjoyable free hot breakfast, convenient coffee shop in lobby. Clean hot tub and sauna. At the far end of Banff Ave but not too bad of a walk to main shops. A bit noisy, can hear everything in the hallway. Parking was hit or miss. If you didn’t pay for the underground garage, you had to park around back. ”The location was great and the staff was excellent. We used the shuttle bus daily, thank you Buffalo Mountain Lodge that provided us with the shuttle passes. The restaurant and bar was our nightly retreat especially after our long days of hiking. We will definitely be back.”

”Hotel is an excellent location - close to everything - I stayed in a mountain view suite - I would highly recommend this room type. The room gets a lot of natural light, and was reasonably quiet - I didn’t have any issues with noise like some other reviews mention. Front desk and bar staff were excellent and professional. Parking lot is reasonably easy to navigate and park your car and is included for free.”

”The perfect getaway right in the heart of Banff. We had a suite which didn’t disappoint. A beautiful balcony with the mountains in the distance. Right across from 3 Bears Brewery.
