”Stayed here several times over the last 3 years,always clean and the staff nice and a quiet place ”

”​"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent four-night stay. On one of those nights, I was locked out of my room and unable to gain entry until 5 AM. Despite paying for the full night, I was essentially denied access to my accommodations and have yet to receive any reimbursement. Furthermore, I experienced a second lockout during my stay, and room service was consistently unavailable. Given these significant lapses in service, I am requesting some type of reimbursement."”

”Firstly I want to say they claimed continental breakfast. But there was nothing continental about the breakfast. Secondly I booked a king bed they gave a 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk I was told they switched my rooms with no refund on the price difference. The room was horribly cleaned. Bathtub was horrendous. Dropped something behind the night stand and it was extremely dirty. No night stand bible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. ”

”The building is almost empty so quiet and private and not a hard quality to find. Saff is pleasant and knowledgeable but most importantly, it's a cheaper room that's available and the ownership due but mm”

”I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date...

”Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. Hair on towel when unfolded, stain on sheet. Hot water and water pressure for the shower we great though. People puking in the parking lot in the...

”Very nice staff. Close to an event we were attending. No frills, but a quiet, comfortable place to sleep.”

”I enjoyed my stay. Property is painting so a bit dirty outside but it looks nice. Staff was helpful and wonderful. Room was clean. Internet worked great. Outdoor property so I was able to park in front of the room so had that convenience. Quiet and away from highway. I think this property will look and be great once done. ”

”Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers...

”This property is not maintained very well. The elevator seems very old, makes strange noises and has an electric or oil type of smell on the third floor. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom and the lights didn’t work. Most of the complimentary breakfast was gone when we got there (an hour before it ended).”

”To be fair property is under an extensive renovation. It will be much nicer when this is finally completed.”
