Welcome to Two Cubs Cabin, a cozy yet modern mountain duplex located right in the heart of Fairplay. This inviting home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and Colorado charm. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the sweeping mountain views that stretch across the horizon—an unexpected bonus for an in-town location.

Inside, the cabin feels bright and open. Large windows fill the living area with natural light, while comfortable seating makes it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. An added bonus, enjoy sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook at home, from full-size appliances to plenty of cookware and dishes. It’s easy to prepare meals together before a ski day or gather for a relaxed dinner after exploring South Park.

Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and inviting, with well-appointed bedrooms that make it easy to settle in for a restful night. The first bedroom has a comfortable, tempurpedic king sized bed while the other bedroom has the same in a queen size.

One of the best parts of staying here is the unbeatable location. Two Cubs Cabin sits on an easy-access street within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, Fairplay Beach, art galleries, and the historic downtown area. In winter, we do recommend 4WD or AWD. When you want a taste of world-class skiing, dining, or shopping, Breckenridge is just a quick 30-minute drive away.

Other things to note
Family Friendly- there is a pack and play (please bring your own sheets if desired), a booster seat and a hook on high chair for use.

Please note that while the house is on one level you must climb a set of stairs to access the home. In addition, there is a single step up into the house from the deck.

There is a full time tenant in the ADU below. Please be mindful as this is a residental neighborhood.
