”Our stay was perfect! Sunnyside Cottage is located in a quaint neighborhood with beautiful homes. We loved the town of Fairport! Sunnyside Cottage was very clean with a perfect backyard for kids or dogs. Even though we had no kids with us, we were impressed with how they have taken the time to make it kid and pet friendly. Definitely would stay there again!!!”

”Easy access to everything we needed in Rochester. The only thing we could have asked for was additional seating in the living room. Beds were super comfortable! ”

”We loved the location of the property for easy access to the event we were attending. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was quiet at night. We had the privacy we needed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 adults and an infant.Cheryl was available for questions if we had any and made sure we had what we needed. The home isn’t on the lake but is right outside Canandaigua and a quick drive into town.We enjoyed our weekend stay and recommend...

”A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....
