”The host was very attentive answered text and phone call. Close to RIT for attending a graduation ceremony. Very clean, stairs are very steep for mobility impaired. Bathroom is on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs.”

”Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected. ”

”This is the third stay at this home and would come back in a heartbeat . 5 houses from the lake on a quiet street with plenty of parking in the middle of the summer: priceless! The charm of the cottage home has uneven floors, yet all the comforts for an amazing stay. Kitchen well stocked with all serving and cooking items. ”Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”
