Hummingbird Hideaway sleeps 15 in a gated mountain community above Fairview, Utah. A king master suite, a queen room, a 9-bed bunkroom and a queen mattress pad for 2 more give families and big groups room to spread out, and the private hot tub on the deck looks out over the valley. Skyline Drive and the Arapeen Trail system are right outside the door. In winter, the last stretch is tracked-vehicle only; see the winter access details below.

Guests will have access to Skyline Mountain Resort where they can enjoy a salt water pool with waterslide, tennis courts and a 9-hole USGA-rated Golf Course (Golf Fees Not Included).

Winter access (generally December through April, depending on weather and road conditions): the road to the cabin is limited to tracked vehicles. Park at the community winter lot. If you don't have your own tracked vehicle, I rent a tracked Polaris Ranger under a separate rental agreement between you and me, not through Vrbo. Ranger use is limited to the cabin and the community parking lot. Message me before booking a winter stay and I'll share the details.

Also good to know: pets are welcome (pet fee applies), and the cabin has a washer and dryer, AC, a kayak, a hammock, life-size yard games and sleds for winter.
