”This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop”...

”I liked they offered water or champagne upon checking in! Super fancy the attention to detail was terrific. Great view too. I would definitely stay there again.”

”Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk...

”Great location downtown within walking to restaurants. Stayed at hotel for event at the Orpheum. Adjoining restaurant- delicious breakfast and lovely bar for evening cocktails! Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again.”

”A few glitches happened with our room assignment and the parking garage across the street. A front desk staff person apologized and did all the right things to mitigate the problems.”

”We love this property. The room assigned was too near nose of the kitchen. TV location made it unwatchable. Aslo. no meal service 2 of the dates there was not ideal.”

”We had booked a room with breakfast, but they forgot to give us breakfast coupons when we arrived. It wasn't big deal though, our waitress got one for us after we ate. There was a big storm during our stay, and the windows started leeking - half the carpet was soaked, but it didn't bother us. Location is nice, you can easily walk to Dinkytown and Downtown where all the restaurants are. In nearby blocks there's nothing much, but 10-20 min walk gets you about anywhere.”
