”A fuir ! Les petits déj sont dispos uniquement le WE, pas de balance pour peser les valises, personnel très peu investi, ont déclaré une piscine sur Expedia, il n'y en a pas.
De plus, des gros travaux commencent à 7h du matin sans que nous ayons été prévenus en amont, chambre bruyante au 9e étage (ascenseurs ? Soufflerie ? Laverie ? Bruits incessants, h24), pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes quotidien et le café dans les chambres n'est pas réapprosionné durant le séjour.

”The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient.
The only negative was that the only functional ice machine was on the first floor.

”The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

”Would not redo my towels or clean the place at all then gave me attitude if you want to go to a place that will respect you and not treat you like you're nobody this is not the place
The parking lots are clean the rooms are clean only if you demand it be cleaned ⁵ night manager is the most respectful and courteous person here my hats off to her other than that this place leaves a lot to be desired they need to listen to their tenants and be respectful”
