”The property looks nice at first glance, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. It was impossible to reach the staff, as no one answered the phone calls. The toilet seats were loose, and the bidet water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the level of maintenance and service. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.”

”There was no toilet paper or toiletries in the bathroom. Towels were not that clean . ”

”Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory. They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated. It has a funky smell all over. ”

”V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week”
