”Everything was great!”

”My family were greeted by a gentleman named "Mo" when we checked in and he was very welcoming, professional and polite to us. The housekeeping crew did a wonderful job during our stay. We definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when we plan to visit North Carolina again”

”The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived to the moment I departed. The room was available when I arrived and chilled to perfection on a day that hit close to 100 degrees with matching humidity. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ”We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The gentleman at the check-in counter was especially professional and welcoming. The only small issue was that one of the extra sheets for the couch bed had a stain on it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ve had a few not-so-great experiences during past visits, but this time definitely restored our trust. We’re really glad we gave this hotel another chance, and we’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you!”

”The shower has no pressure and minnmal heat, pillows go flat and you might as well lay on thr mattress sheets xand bedding like sand paper, smallest fridge can not even hold left overs from takeout. Coffee was mud water . Tv was ok nothing to write home about. Cost too much and cost more then just going through hotel.”

”When I first got here, the smell was bad. The microwave didn’t work and I had to check the mattresses for bedbugs, but the roaches were pretty bad unless you have it cold in here.”

”The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit. Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation.
