”We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior
The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere
A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

- rooms and coridors are smelling due to old carpets which acculate dirt. They better be removed
- not possibe to enter the gym - card cannot be used and it requires a code which was not communicated at check in
- great kitchen, but no tea bags
- high room price, but no breakfast, even for additonal pay
And, aquapark is paid separatelly - $33/person. The room price inclused a pool and a hot tub.”

”Unique, modern-historic, safe, convenient, and well-appointed inn. I’ve stayed here in two separate occasions and can’t wait for my next trip. My son plays lax at Cortland and this is my go-to accommodation. Staying at Argos makes the 30 minute drive to Cortland worth it.
Lastly, there are several places to sit, read a book, play a game, or sip a craft cocktail right on site. Lovely!”

”I stayed at the dorm hotel, visiting my daughter at Cornell. The first night I was there. The room had a generator outside there was no way I could sleep. I had to attend a few functions at the next day. Completely exhausted.
Thankfully, they put me in a different room the following night and I was finally able to sleep. Overall, the dorm hotel is very clean and very convenient. If I were the manager, I would have handed out a discount for another visit for how uncomfortable that first room was,...
