”You cannot check in if you arrive after 11 p.m. The front desk closes at 11 p.m. and no one will answer your call. A very unpleasant staff! They will not accommodate you in any way if you arrive after 11 p.m.”

”Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”

”The free breakfast was probably the best part of our overnight stay. Many options to choose from. The hours of breakfast were 6:30-9:30 am. It was helpful that we didn’t have to go out the lobby door when we needed to go to our car. There were side entrances. Doors were locked 11:00pm -7:00am. The bathroom could have had some improvements. The tub faucet was very loose as was the toilet seat. Water wasn’t very well contained in the shower. Clean bedding, had enough towels but had a hard time...

”This is a delightful little hotel and Tab, the manager, is the absolute best. Our rooms were comfy, we got snacks, and check in and check out were super easy. Tab was there to make sure that we got everything we needed and even let me stay a bit late because I had to take a call at noon. Highly recommend this little gem.”

”The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was extremely pleased with the size of the fridge! Comfortable and convenient, it was just what I needed. I will definitely stay here again.”
