This cozy rural retreat features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a comfortable living room, a tall top desk workspace with outlets for devices, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and laundry room. Two twin air beds can be set up by request in either in the bedrooms or living room providing extra sleeping spaces.

The spacious deck provides an additional place to enjoy your morning coffee or gather for an outdoor meal using the Blackstone grill and large patio table and seating area.

Inside, you’ll find extra blankets, books, puzzles and games for kids and adults, an electric fireplace, and a new Amazon Fire TV. You can sign in with your Amazon account to access your favorite apps and enjoy your own shows and movies during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home and one acre property. There is plenty of parking for larger vehicles and trailers, with horse accommodations - on or offsite - available upon request.

Our home is located in a peaceful country neighborhood while still being just a short drive from downtown Fallon and area attractions.

To keep our home allergy-conscious and comfortable for all of our guests and hosts, we have a strict no-pet policy.

For the same reason, smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, on the deck, or near open windows and doors.
