”The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

”This property was spacious enough to accommodate my large family overnight, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the fact that the AC worked well. However, parts of the house were not very clean, we couldn't get one of the bedroom's fan/light fixtures to work, and one of the couches had a barely exposed spring that scratched my daughter's leg as she sat down. ”This two bedroom house was the perfect little retreat for us and our son and his wife. It's located in a beautiful, tree lined neighborhood within walking distance of our daughter's house, where we were visiting. We watched many a World Cup soccer game comfortably on the large TV in the living room.”

”Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”

”The place was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to DC, food, target the grocery store, good coffee shops and more. We were very happy here and would definitely stay again.”

”All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.”
