”Very loud. Lots of construction going on. People coming back from the casino were loud in the hallways. But the worst thing was when I woke up the next morning and there was no water. I was traveling for work and that was not a good situation. The lady working the desk was very understanding when I asked for my money back and was very helpful. If I were coming for a game at the stadium I might stay there again because I was there to just have a good time but I was supposed to there for a week...

”Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. ”The rooms were dirty. The initial room I was in had bugs and a mouse as well as mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Some lights didn’t work and signed was bent and broken. Only 1 ice machine worked and pool was “out of order”. When asked to switch rooms the desk person acted as if I bothered him. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!!!!”

”Stole a $100 deposit. Claimed we had a pet in the room because they found pet hair when we never had a pet. Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit. The screenshots of a video they sent looked scammy as well. Wouldn't trust this property ever again and neither should anyone else. We're young adults living penny to penny and bought a cheap...
