This elegant abode comprises one half of a perfectly located duplex. Stroll to Surf Drive Beach -- the walking route is flat and easy! Make your way to delectable dining along Main Street. Head to nearby Woods Hole to dine or catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Hop on the scenic Shining Sea Bike Path at Shining Sea Parking.

Inside, the chic living room is detailed with a smart TV. The landing provides a desk at which to plan the day’s adventures. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Dotted with brilliant blue hydrangeas, the backyard includes a gas grill, a large patio with a table and chairs, outdoor shower, dining table, and gas firepit with seating for guests.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The gas stove is unavailable for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
