”Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

”We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

”Horrible - WAYYYYY under staffed - drove up from Maryland for a nice vacation with my wife, 10 month old and 3 year old - we left our house at 2am and showed up around 11am - asked for early check in? No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days

”We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”
