”Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. ”We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!”
