”This property is classy, understated elegance. It took 22 years to restore this fortress turned resort. Our room was spacious, well appointed with a private balcony with extraordinary views. The curated art and artistry of design was done with taste and consideration of the hotel design. In restoration Roman and Muslim ruins were discovered which are part of the hotel. An extraordinary, unique place without question.”

”The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain...

”Very comfortable and cozy hotel. Great little pool area. The location was the highlight: right in the center of a village and very close drive to the Ses Illetes beach. Nothing negative to say!”

”In every aspect, the Mrador was sublime. Elegant and meticulously maintained property in a quiet area with beautiful views. Staff, without exception, were attentive, warm and responsive to every need. ”The room was clean and well organized. It actually had 2 sinks unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at that only had 1. Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again.”

It was the perfect place to recover after a late night and we never had to fight for pool chairs. The staff was also so lovely and incredibly helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!”
