Comfortable apartment on the southern edge of Farchant in a quiet location with stunning mountain views.

The apartment is located in a small apartment building in a quiet and sunny location. The bus stop, shops, and Farchant train station are all nearby.

The newly renovated apartment is modern yet very cozy. It extends over three levels. On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance area and a lovely new bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor features a spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a cozy dining area for gatherings, and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. A highlight is the south-facing balcony with its magnificent views of the Alps. The lower level contains the bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a maximum of four people.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony with the balcony door closed.

A linen package (1 set of bed linen, 1 regular hand towel, 1 bath towel) is €14.00 and is mandatory for each arriving guest. Additional linens can be booked upon request.

Where available, we can provide a travel cot (€12.00), a highchair (€6.00), or an extra bed (€15.00) in the apartments.

Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
