Cozy Stay Near NDSU and Downtown Fargo

Summary:

Welcome to your cozy stay in North Fargo, just two blocks from the NDSU campus, four blocks from the Fargodome, and twelve blocks from Downtown Fargo. You will have access to the whole apartment of one bedroom, full kitchen and full bath with blazing fast wifi.



The Space:

This is a one bedroom apartment that is completely private to you. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room/dining room area with a couch, Smart TV, and Table with chairs which can be used for eating or getting work done. This apartment is in an old building that has nine rental units in it total.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the full 1-bedroom apartment for the duration of your stay. You will access the unit with a key from a lockbox attached to the front porch railing.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located just two blocks from NDSU so it is mostly student housing with some single family and some apartment buildings mixed in. It is a safe neighborhood.



Getting Around:

You are welcome to park your car in either of our two parking lots (in front and behind the building) or on the street. All are free. We're also located two blocks from major city transit lines (Matbus). We're about 5 minutes by car from the Fargo Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown Fargo in the other direction.
