Step into the realm of comfort and convenience as you explore this home full of character. The two generously sized living areas are adorned with 65" smart TVs with soundbars, perfect for indulging in your favorite movies, shows, or streaming content. The main living area has a beautiful credenza with hidden beverage coolers.
The bonus room / office has a built in desk, a 55" smart TV, and an electric fireplace. This versatile space offers a haven for working or relaxation, whether you're catching up on reading, having a cozy evening with loved ones, or simply enjoying your own company.

Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer a blend of comfort and style. The master bedroom features a lavish king-sized bed and a 55" smart TV. Meanwhile, the two other bedrooms have queen Beautyrest and Luxury Eurotop beds, ensuring that every guest enjoys a restful sleep.

The three bedrooms are located upstairs along with one full bathroom. The main floor includes a half bath, and there is a second full bathroom downstairs.

A sofa sleeper in the main living area provides additional flexibility for accommodating extra guests or family members.

The coffee bar is equipped with a nespresso machine, electric tea kettle and coffee maker.

The house is stocked with games, books and puzzles for all ages. There's a game room with a Perfect Putter, Air Hockey, and a Foosball table.

The spacious deck is set up for relaxing and grilling. It overlooks the fenced in backyard and firepit.

This was a match made in heaven for a family with kids aged 4-10! There were so many crafts, games, and activities to do with the kids that were provided in the basement by the host, along with a toy box and kids books to read in the living room connected to the deck. The basement was perfect for them to run around. And the host even provides a gate for the stairs for littles and the fenced in yard was A GOD SENT! The deck was perfect for peaceful nights after the kids were in the bed. There was plenty of room for my whole family. The host was super flexible and clear in their expectations! We had an absolute blast and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Molbec Retreat was a perfect spot for my son and I to stay while he was at SSM for camp. The house was very homey, clean, organized, and had all the amenities that we needed. A perfect blend of craftsmanship with modern updates. A huge bonus was being able to park in the garage. Rebecca was very responsive to my questions about Faribault. We would stay again!

Charming place

Everything about this stay was charming! The house was a perfect blend of yesterday and modern comfort. It was very spacious but my favorite spot was reading by the cozy electric fireplace. The house was lovely and very clean. The bowl of snacks and teas were thoughtful welcoming touches. The town was amazing too! We found good restaurants, breweries, and shops in the area. The house was in very nice condition upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time here and the numerous spaces in the house we had for spending time playing games, which is what we rented the house for.
