”Bathroom door lo k broken and not taken care after complained”

”Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.”

”Because of crazy weather conditions in the south my work travel plans got changed last week. I called Expedia first and they told me to call the hotel. I spoke with someone at the hotel and said I would be in for one night instead of tonight. After a seven minute wait on hold and me calling back Only for the attendant to tell me she forgot I was on hold, she told me she may be adjustment and I would have no problem chipping in on Thursday night instead of Wednesday. ”The property is in relatively good condition overall. The entrance, bar, Lounge and eating area is huge and very well done. They have an amazing breakfast with cook to order omelette station and much more. In my opinion, the room and bedding could you use a slight upgrade(if this is considered a top tier property). The location is fantastic with The Renaissance and Township shopping/dining areas within a mile. ”

”No coffee pot in the room. Comforter was not changed out or washed. Make-up stains on it. We reserved the room for 4 people and only had 2 towels in the room. When we called room service that afternoon, they said they were out of clean towels.”

”outdated room. I like the living room area but felt we couldnt really sit on the couch bc it was stained. So that area went to waste. Rust stain in the toilet bowl. Felt like i had to walk around with shoes or socks. Bed was clean & commmfffy as were the pillows. Lots of mirrors so me my fiance and son could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was decent. It sis the job. There was sausage, potatoes, pancakes, eggs (i think from a box), oatmeal and muffins i believe cereal? Apple and orange...

”Very positive surprise. The corner suite was so nice I would have wanted to stay there for a much longer time than just one night. Complementary breakfast and light "social supper" were positive experiences too. Surroundings were excellent too, the venue was just some hundreds of meters from a big shopping area with a good selection of restaurants.”
