Escape to our exclusive 3 bedroom /3 bath lakefront retreat, “The Perch”, where unforgettable sunsets, endless outdoor fun, and family friendly amenities create the perfect vacation destination. Spend the days fishing from our private dock or enjoy a refreshing swim. Kids will love the dock waterslide that sends them splashing into the lake, while adults can relax nearby and soak in waterfront views. Prefer the fairways to the lake? The areas premier golf course is just a minute away.

After an action-packed day, unwind in the private jacuzzi or head to the bonus game room, a favorite gathering spot for guests of all ages. Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong or sit back, relax and watch your favorite tv show.

What can you look forward to?

Not only is the house stylish, inviting, and ready for your stay, we have several amenities available for you including a jacuzzi, waterslide, tanning deck, lake pier, swimming platform, gas grill, and more. Both life jackets of various youth and adult sizes (no Puddle Jumpers) and beach towels are available on site.
Feel like an adventure? Discover nature while you glide across the water with our two fishing kayaks. Lake D’arbonne provides phenomenal fishing opportunities and has ample wildlife to observe. Maybe you have your own boat? There is a public boat launch at the spillway 3 minutes down the road. Ample space for parking your trailer at the house is also available.

Rainy day or night ahead? The main house boasts a 75in television to watch the big game, while the game room, separate from the main house, provides the perfect retreat for the kids AND adults! It includes a ping pong table, television and a 4th bathroom for convenience.

Planning a quick round of 9? Lake D’arbonne Country Club is just a moment away. A 2-seater golf cart is available for use, to and from the golf course only. Contact must be made with host in advance for access.

Access to town? Within 10 minutes, you can find access to Walmart and local grocery stores, but don’t forget to shop local! Check out Rhett’s Tails and Shells for local food and music, Bayou General Store for antiques and fun finds, and Southern Sips, Brews and Market for some yummy treats!
