Truly one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in for the price. Staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Pool heater was broken, pretty cold, but we enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was fresh and a good variety each morning. Lobby and eating area was spacious and very clean. We will come back for sure!

Nice hotel... VERY noisy though.
The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The doors are soooo loud though! It was hard to sleep the first night because the door just slams off and on all night. Night two, I put a towel down in front of the door which helped keep some of the noise down. I also played some music low, so I could sleep a bit better. That was also helpful. I was in room 101, but my friend was in room 104, and had the same trouble. The breakfast was nice! Most continental breakfasts are not great, but this one exceeded my expectations. It wasn't gourmet, but it was very good for an "included" breakfast.

Farmington Hampton Inn
I arrived and the front desk person had a difficult time checking me in...computer seemed to be giving him trouble. When i opened the door the room was the smallest room i have ever seen in a moder hotel! The 1st morning the breakfast was lacking, biscuits, little quarter sized sausage cut very thin, one in the pan. Dry hasbrown patties? The gym had a sign up that inferred it was closed. I found out at check out it wasn't closed, just remodeling. One night my key card didnt work, Kenny had to let me in. The hot water heater was being replaced/repaired? And there was lukewarm water in the shower. I will say the mattress was wonderful. My rate was 250.00 per night!- my room at Home2Suites in St. Louis was 189.99 for a huge unit with a full kitchen. I was disappointed in the Farmington Hampton Inn. I have family in Farmington but when i visit next year I will not stay at the Hilton Hampton Inn. The person at the front desk did refund a day but my total bill was 998.00. That is quite a sum for sch a small room.

My first evening I listened to a large dog barking in the room next to me non-stop for over 4 hours. And had 6-8 kids, 5-10yrs old, running up and down the hallway while their parents had fun downstairs which was probably causing the dog to bark! After 2 Complaints ( 2nd one I had thrown everything in my bags and went downstairs to either be Moved or to leave all together but they said they would take care of them the situation)(I wasn’t the only one) management took care of the situation. I was so tired the next day (I had been up since 2am day before) that I was Dragging all day. Felt miserable. Other than that, it was good. The staff was very nice even with the dog/kid issues.

If you have a handicapped or elderly person using cane , walker or wheelchair this place is not for you. Floors were slick , people cleaning them had no clue about safety measures or corrections. Reserved room for handicapped person with accommodations bars in bathroom etc. the room that they 1st gave me 2nd floor 221 farthest room possible, key wouldn’t work and a do not disturb on the door. 2nd room, 211 handicap for hearing impaired, not physically. No bars in bathroom bed was so high off the ground my Mom couldn’t get in it . Worked with guy at the front desk for over 30mins… he said he had nothing else .. reserved room over 3 wks ago.. took 211. Nice guy at desk found a work around for the bathroom situation. Twice a person cleaning floors not doing it right leaving floor’s extremely slick with not yellow signs. Took towels to dry floor in front on employee’s to get my Mom with a walker through building safety. Day 2 , downstairs bathroom handicap marked .. floor so slick , deceiving the way it looked .. mom slid down doing the splits.. had to slide her out . Got an employee to help me Get her up and into a wheelchair. No apology or incident paperwork filled out … Nightmare. What is a person to do to get help? Only stayed there because it was close to funeral attending from out of town… never again

been coming to hampton inn since they open, never had to complain about anything except for this trip. got back to the room and nothing had been done in the room, dirty towels were still on the floor where we left them and no cleans towels. called the desk and was told oh we dont come in the room and do anything when you stay another night. ok, but what about picking up the dirty towels and giving us clean ones so we can take a shower. We have never had this before and hopeful this isnt something new they are doing now.

It was within a 5 minute drive to the school for a wrestling tournament. The front desk was accommodating when i asked if they had a room on 1st floor.

This was the smallest room I ever had, 2 of us were there for 3 days and could hardly maneuver. We only had one chair. There was no internet service the entire stay. We couldn't get our work done. The back door slammed all night, it was hard to sleep. We won't be staying here again, nor using Expedia, who overcharged us.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. Location is close to a major grocery store, restaurants, and fast food areas. Rooms have microwave and fridge, which is really handy!

Has to wait 2 hours after the check in time to get our room because they were not clean yet. Never got a room key for the entire stay they said the machine was broken. You had to go to the front desk if you needed in your room, pool, or fitness room. So you had to wait in a line because the only person working was unlocking the door for someone else. Never checked one persons ID as they came Back and forth opening doors. Elevator would continually reset so it didn’t always work when needed. I have stayed in Hampton Inn’s as my primary choice but moving forward they will not be an option.
