”The place was excellent—clean and comfortable, with everything needed. The instructions were simple and clear, and communication with the host was fast and excellent; they were very friendly.”

”The view is beautiful, close to all the activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two things that would have made it nice, first laundry facility and second a breakfast offering as we hit the road early everyday. If thise two things were addressed it would be a 5 plus!”

”The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. ”Pool had what looked like a huge leak in the ceiling so my daughter didn't want to swim. Bathroom was not very clean, but didn't realize that until I went to take a shower before bed.”

”Large, comfortable room and a wide variety of options at breakfast (omelets, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, etc). The room has a nice shower with good water pressure, though it took me a while to understand how to turn it on. The main room was a bit dim since there was no ceiling lights, and I closed the curtains as my room was right across the parking lot.”

”L'endroit est parfait ! Terry, la propriétaire, est vraiment accueillante et chaleureuse. Il y a plein de choses pour se divertir sur place : billard, baby-foot, piscine, etc. Le café et les collations sont offerts gratuitement, ce qui est très apprécié. L'accès à Albee Beach est inclus, et la plage est juste à côté de l'hôtel. En plus, le charmant centre de Wolfeboro est tout près. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 %!”

”Great location to NH pavilion concert venue, great family suite with with 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom, nice living room area and stocked kitchen. Convenient store downstairs for nighttime snacks! 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back! Thank you!”

”Beautiful spacious suite; nicely appointed and updated with warm, cozy vibe. Seemed more like a VRBO than an Inn… no front desk or staff (just a restaurant below) but easy check in instructions with key pad on door and shared lounge area. The food trucks on property were fun and added to the outdoor atmosphere. Surprisingly quiet by 8:30 pm. Nice location to quaint downtown area.”

”This place is awful. The fact that they ever put any mention of “resort “ is laughable. They are a bait and switch outfit. I reserved a double bed room months ago, when we arrived they put us in a handicap accessible room because they clearly overbooked. Gave me attitude when I wanted an explanation and to be moved and only offered that I didn’t “have to stay here” as though I could find another lodging.”

”Absolutely loved these glamping tents! We had the tent with a shower/bathroom so it was fabulous. Very comfortable. So many things to do. Very helpful Hosts at check in. Delivered an excellent camping experience without us having to do any of the set up!”
