”Hotel needs upgrading. Very squeaky floors. No elevator for this hotel. Staff has been very helpful in carrying our luggages but my concern is their health safety that sooner or later they will have back problems. Hopefully management will do best not only for the customers but for their staff as well.”

”Check in process was long as only 1 receptionist (who was arguing with the people she was serving, before realising she’d made a mistake). Bed was comfy, however all pillows (including spares) were firm. Bathroom was dirty & had mould around the bath as well as a limescale covered shower head. Shower head itself had the pipe pointing at the wall so couldn’t turn it properly without flooding the bathroom. No bag in bathroom bin. Paid for a lake view room, but windows were filthy with dust and...

”Bathroom clean, room not too good, bed sheets seemed dirty and had a smell. I had to sleep clothed on top of the bed covering the pillows with a bath towel. The TV didn’t work and the wall bracket was hanging off the wall and loose with loose cables. Avoid”

”I really enjoyed my stay here. There were biscuits and fresh milk which was a lovely treat! The radio was a nice touch and the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. WiFi connection was a bit hot and miss but wasn't a massive issue. The bed was very comfy. I felt very relaxed staying here. I will definitely visit again!”
