”The only downside to the hotel is the lack of parking. Whilst you can pre-book reserved parking at the railway station it's a 5 minute walk away, so not ideal with luggage, particularly if it's raining. However, that won't put me off staying again as everything else about it is wonderful! Our room, which was an executive king size, was lovely and big and the bed was very comfortable and much bigger than our king size bed! ”The hotel itself does not have a restaurant but there is an attached , easily accessible eatery. The hotel is in the town centre with easily accessible shops, bars, coffee shops etc. The rooms are full of charm/character and are a good size. The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly. ”

”We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Had a drink in the bar but didn't actually eat in the hotel as we like to go out and about ”

”This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were the kindest, most conscientious, considerate, cheerful people we’ve ever seen in a hotel and they seemed to take great pride in their work.
