Located in the centre of Faro, it is only 300 m from restaurants, 700 m from Faro marina and 1 km from the train and bus station. Supermarkets such as Pingo Doce are 500 metres away, or hypermarkets such as Jumbo and Forum Algarve are 2 km away. Faro Beach is 9 km away and the airport is only 6 km away. Other attractions include Quinta do Lago golf course (17 km) and Aquashow park (18 km).

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
