Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with this property. The bedsheets hadn't been put on the beds, there was no iron or washing machine even though they were included in the listing and the host personally told us it was there.The automatic sensors on the gate to leave the property also didn't work, which made it difficult for us to get out. We sent them a few messages during our stay about some issues we had and their communication was quite poor, which was a pity.Also, whilst there is a kitchen, it doesn't have enough cooking appliances to cook for everyone staying there if you plan on cooking. There were 5 of us and we had to buy things like baking trays.The flat is next to a bar which is open til 3am and it is very loud, so I would advise against staying here if you want a good night's sleep!Also, there was a broken table when we arrived in the flat. I told them about it on the first day, and they said they'd report it to the team which is fair enough. But when we checked out they charged me 70 for it and said we broke it. Because this property gets you to pay in two instalments (a deposit when booking and the rest on the day you arrive), they keep your bank details on file and can charge you without any warning, so beware.I had to message them multiple times and quote the contract to them before they finally agreed to give the 70 back, and it took over a week. It was quite stressful and not at all what you want to deal with after a holiday to relax.
