”Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

”3 friends and I stayed at Peter’s property for 2 nights in July 2025 in order to attend race day of the F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone. The property was exactly as listed and we were able to make good use of the facilities there. We didn’t need to communicate with Peter before or during our stay but were provided with details of how to do so should we need to. ”We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants....

”We loved our stay here. The cottage has loads of quirky architectural features. It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. We mostly stayed cocooned in the cottage as it's so warm and snug. The cottage is situated in a working horse riding stable so during the day people are coming and going in front of the cottage as they arrive and depart, so...

”Fantastic location with great views of surrounding countryside, situated just outside of a picturesque village. The bell tent was lovely very clean and bright, with good ventilation and a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet was adjacent to our tent and was very clean also. Jim the owner was very helpful providing lots of information prior to arrival and during our stay to ensure we had a great time.I would definitely recommend booking a stay here.Mark”

”We had a very quiet time at this pod. The facility was recently built, so it was modern, warm, and comfortable with a great view. It was great that they had a wide variety of coffee and tea, and that cooking utensils were well-equipped. I also felt that they were committed to sustainability, such as using Faith in Nature shampoo. Things to keep in mind are that it would be that there was no dishwasher or washing machine, so everything had to be washed by hand.”
