”Our room had dirty carpets. They definitely need to be steam cleaned. They were all stained. I felt gross walking on that carpet. The tv was the size of a computer monitor and ontop of a desk. ”It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. ”It was quite a pleasant surprise as well as a very good cost x benefit equation. We only spent a night in Niagara Falls and felt that the choice of hotel was very appropriate. Breaktast was also quite good and I would like to recognize Rekha for helping us with a very plesant meal. We also took the opportunity to visit Niagara-on-the-lake (a must) and the location of the Comfort Hotel was quite convenient for that short journey as well.”

”This property seemed really nice and clean from what we seen in the lobby. The disappointment started the moment we went into our room. The toilet seat was damaged, wallpaper peeling on the bathroom wall, the sink area was stained and when we used the faucet it sprayed water all over. In the sleeping area there was burn spots in the rug and on the actual bedding. The room didn't have a microwave or a phone that allowed us to call down.
